About Rubyvale Gem gallery

Rubyvale Gem Gallery opened in 1988, and is now situated in their brand new shop on Main St. in Rubyvale. For over thirty years Peter Brown has been mining and cutting the local sapphires, and is recognised as one of the best gem cutters on the Gemfields today.

Visitors to the Gallery see an outstanding collection of rare and valuable sapphires, as well as the gemcutting and jewellery making process. Relax on the beautiful timber deck with a cappuccino from the new Rubyvale Café right next door serving delicious food, including Nette’s famous scones.

There are also brand new luxurious self-contained holiday units available for overnight or weekly rentals. It is “An Oasis in the Heart of Rubyvale!”
