Gemfest Tent City

from $50 per night

The 2013 Gemfest Tent Village is located across the road from the Gemfest site on Pacey Street, a 2 minute walk from the Gemfest entrance gate.  The Gemfest shuttle bus is available to transport Gemfest patrons to Sapphire and Rubyvale.  This bus will be running at regular intervals throughout the festival and will depart from the front of the Anakie Hall.  Check the timetable for details.

The Gemfest Tent City is designed to take the hassle out of camping with modern tents already erected for patrons upon their arrival.  Staff will be available on-site to assist patrons.  These modern 2-3 person tents are carpeted, fully screened, have fold-up beds and mattresses and are fitted with a 12-volt light.  Whether you book for just one night, or stay for the entire event, you will be able to enjoy all the benefits offered at Gemfest Tent Village.

We are centrally located in the heart of Rubyvale. A short walk to the General Store, Hotel, Public Phones, Newsagent/Cafe`, Post Office, Coffee Lounge, Jewellery shops and Gem Cutters. Underground tourist mines and fossicking areas are within 1km of the park.

New Royal Hotel & Cabins

$130 per night

Situated at the rear of the New Royal Hotel log cabins with open fire place and AC, fridge and microwave. Set in native gardens all have ensuite and sleeps up to 6.
